Good to know
- Before going on a trip, we definitely recommend checking the availability of travel documents. The passenger must have a passport or, when traveling to European Union countries, an ID card (for citizens of the European Union), a bus ticket, a valid visa (in case it is required at the travel destination or transit countries), and preferably also travel insurance. The carrier has the right to refuse to offer a travel service if the passenger does not have the necessary documents to cross the border.
- During the trip, smoking and consumption of strong alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the bus cabin or toilet.
- If the bus seat where the passenger is sitting is equipped with a seat belt, the passenger is obliged to fasten it.
- Carriers do not take responsibility for falling behind the schedule, not arriving at the stop on time, which has occurred as a result of force majeure (including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic jams on the roads, due to the actions of state bodies, etc.) and other reasons (technical problems of the bus about departure on the road) that could not be foreseen to see and prevent.
