The Estravel Gift Voucher is valid for a long time – as much as 30 months from the moment of issuance.

Buy Estravel gift voucher from Reisikaubad.ee e-shop! You can buy both an electronic (PDF) and a paper gift card (sent by registered mail or delivered to the Estravel office).

How to buy Estravel Gift Voucher?

Gift vouchers can be purchased in any value: vouchers from 30 € to 3000 € (paper and mobile vouchers).

The most convenient and fastest way is to purchase an Estravel PDF gift card either from your mobile phone, via the mTasku application, or from the Estravel e-store Reisikaubad.ee. In this case, you can make the purchase on any day and time, and the PDF gift card will be sent to your e-mail immediately after the payment. The electronic gift card is sent from the address giftcard@estravel.ee.

Paper gift vouchers and vouchers purchased through the Estravel office are processed Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm and at the latest on the working day following the order.

The gift voucher can be purchased from all Estravel Group offices, mTasku and the travel goods e-store reisikaubad.ee.

How to use Estravel Gift Voucher?

You can pay with a gift voucher when buying travel products from Estravel both online and through a travel consultant.

Online, you can pay with a gift voucher when buying airline tickets, hotels and package tours.
PS! In the case of package tours, whether immediate payment is possible depends on the conditions of the package. If so, the gift voucher can be used for online payment, otherwise you have to send a request and formalize the purchase through a travel consultant.

Unfortunately, when buying ferry tickets from online, you cannot pay with a gift voucher. A purchase with a gift voucher can only be made through a travel consultant.

When paying with a gift voucher in online, you must enter the security code of the gift card and the amount on the gift card (not part of the amount) in the penultimate view of the purchase, i.e. the payment view.

If the amount of the gift card is more than €10 more than the total amount of the order, the overpaid amount remains your advance payment in Estravel. A price difference of less than €10 is considered a billing service fee and is not subject to refund.If giftcards dont cover whole amount, please pay difference using other payment methods.

To pay with a gift voucher in the Reisikaubad.ee store, you must send product links, photos of the paper gift card (both sides) or PDF (electronic gift card) and the delivery address by e-mail to: info@reisikaubad.ee. Postage costs €6.50 are added to the order.

If the value of the gift voucher is less than the amount of the order, an advance invoice will be sent to pay the missing amount. If the value of the gift voucher is greater than the amount of the order, the remaining part is transferred to the customer’s Estravel customer account as a prepayment, which can be used when purchasing travel services from Estravel or through the Reisikaubad.ee online store.

If the price of the travel purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher, you can get a new gift voucher for the remaining part (for a balance of at least €30) or not use the amount as an advance payment. The prepayment remaining on the gift voucher is valid until the voucher’s validity date. A service fee is added when issuing a new paper card.
